What are the payment steps when I place an order?
When you place an order you will NOT be asked to enter any Credit Card details. Instead, you will go straight to a Funky Insole confirmation page as well as receive a confirmation email. Our team will then prepare and ship your order ASAP. You will be asked to pay by Cash upon delivery, as soon as your order arrives. Simple.
If I'm unable to place an order, what should I do?
